We do not process special categories of personal data. For apps published by HANTAN, the privacy notice and privacy policy of the relevant app apply.
3. Method of collection
Your personal data is collected automatically through server logs kept by our hosting infrastructure, and through information you send us by email, phone, KEP or post.
4. Transfers
Within Türkiye: to competent public authorities upon request, and to our legal and financial advisers bound by confidentiality, under KVKK Art. 8.
Abroad: Our website is hosted on Vercel Inc. (USA) infrastructure, where server logs are processed. Email correspondence is stored on Titan Mail infrastructure. These transfers are carried out under the appropriate safeguards set out in KVKK Art. 9 (standard contractual clauses announced by the Personal Data Protection Board).
We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for advertising.
5. Retention
Personal data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the periods set out in applicable law. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes. Commercial correspondence is kept for 10 years under Article 82 of the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102. At the end of the period, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11, you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed,
- request information if it has been processed,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
- request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
- request deletion or destruction under the conditions of KVKK Art. 7,
- request that corrections, deletions and destructions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
- object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems,
- claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
