Data Subject Requests

This is an English translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

To exercise your rights under KVKK Art. 11, you can apply using one of the methods below. Requests are free of charge and concluded within 30 days at the latest.

1. How to apply

In writing: a wet-signed letter delivered in person or through a notary to PİRİÇELEBİ MAH. ZİHNİDERİN CAD. NO: 25A, 53100 MERKEZ / RİZE, TÜRKİYE.

From the email address you previously gave us and that is registered in our systems: [email protected]

Please write “Request for Information under the Personal Data Protection Law” on the envelope or in the email subject.

2. Information to include

Name, surname and, for written requests, signature,
Turkish ID number; for foreign nationals, nationality and passport number or ID number if any,
Residential or business address for notifications,
Email address, phone and fax number for notifications, if any,
The subject of the request and any relevant information and documents.

3. Our response

Your request is concluded free of charge as soon as possible according to its nature, and within 30 days at the latest. If the process requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity. We respond in writing or electronically.

4. Complaint to the Board

If your request is rejected, you find the response insufficient, or no response is given in time, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days of learning of the response and in any case within 60 days of your request (KVKK Art. 14).
